As the Founder of Tetrahedron Group, Chairman & Mentor Mr. Tridib Behera aims to create a vibrant impact in the education sector. In order to improve the quality of education, all required actions have been taken. To ensure this digitally from anywhere, an automated mechanism has been designed to track the activities of the Teaching and non-teaching employees. To improve the teaching quality, teachers need to start the classes at the scheduled time. Since Tetrahedron Group of institutions has more than 100 faculties, hence monitoring the faculties manually is a tedious task. In order to address this, a Mobile App has been developed to ensure faculties are taking care of students as organization wants. Hostel wardens will be tracked to ensure that they are performing their duties properly. Marketing guys will be tracked to ensure improvements in their productivity. Drivers will be tracked for timely arrival of students from the outside hostels in the college. This will prevent drivers from rash driving and maintain proper timing.

Mr. Tridib has more than 23 years of experience in teaching profession. He holds a Master degree(MSc.) in Chemistry from the age old University i.e. Ravenshaw University. After 10 years of coaching experience, he decided to create a bigger impact by starting a residential +2 Science College. Tetrahedron Group of Institution got incorporated in the year 2012. Now the college is producing hundreds of Doctors and Engineers every year and Tetrahedron is one among the premier colleges in Odisha.
